长距浆体管道输送是一种新型的利用水力输送固体物料的运输方式。管壁磨蚀率是管道设计的重要依据之一。研究了在不同pH值、流速、矿浆颗粒粒度条件下铁精矿对A3、45 # 和 16Mn 3种钢材管壁的磨蚀情况 ,结果表明 ,16Mn和 45 # 钢材管道具有较好的耐磨性能 ,磨蚀率较A3钢低 ,在管道设计时应优先采用 ;颗粒粒径对管壁磨蚀具有显著影响 ,铁精矿颗粒 -0 .0 40mm粒级含量在 80 %以上 ,且最大粒级在 0 .12 5mm以下时 ,45 # 和 16Mn钢的管壁磨蚀率在 0 .2
Long distance pipeline transport is a new type of transportation method which utilizes hydraulic power to transport solid materials. Pipe wall's abrasion rate is one of pipeline's key designing parameters. The abrasion of 3 types of steel pipe's wall(i e A3,45 # and 16Mn) at different pH, flow speeds and slurry's particle sizes are investigated. The results show that the 16Mn and 45 # steel pipes have a better wear-resistance and a lower brasion rate than the A3 steel pipe. The solid particle size has an obvious effect on pipe wall abrasion. When iron concentrate is above 80% minus 0.040 mm and has a maximum size of below 0.125 mm, the 45 # and 16Mn steel pipe wall's abrasion rate is below 0.20 mm/y.
