摘要
以国产苯酐聚酯多元醇为主要原料制备了组合聚醚 ,再与多异氰酸酯反应 ,制备了阻燃型聚氨酯硬质泡沫。讨论了苯酐聚酯多元醇、硅油及发泡剂等因素对泡沫阻燃性的影响。结果表明 ,该组合聚醚与多异氰酸酯反应 ,制得的阻燃型聚氨酯硬质泡沫 ,其氧指数在 2 8以上 ,压缩强度为30 0kPa ,达到了国家标准GB/T 86 2 4 - 1 997中B2
A flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam was prepared from benzoic anhydride polyester polyol and isocyanurate. The effects of benzoic anhydride polyester polyol, surfactant and blowing agent on flame retardant performance of the rigid PU foam were discussed. The results show that the flame retardant effect of the PU foam prepared from the benzoic anhydride polyester polyol is improved with oxygen index 28 and compressive strength 300 kPa. The flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam reaches flame retardant B 2 grade.
