摘要
目的为运动、中医药与中枢疲劳的研究提供依据。方法以端脑、间脑和脑干5-HT、5-HIAA等指标为研究对象,探讨补充中药对急性耐力运动大鼠脑组织血清素及其代谢能力的影响。结果3h游泳后即刻,大鼠端脑、间脑和脑干5-HT、5-HIAA含量和5-HT/5-HIAA比值对急性耐力运动的反应表现为非均衡性和区域特异性。通过复方中药的应用,使大鼠各脑区5-HT对急性耐力运动反应的敏感性降低,对急性耐力运动中5-HT的分解代谢过程、递质更新率及神经元活性产生积极性影响。结论该复方中药对推迟急性耐力运动中中枢疲劳的产生可能具有一定的积极性作用。
Objective To Provide evidence for study of exercise, TCM and Central fatigue. Methods Toobserve the change of 5-HT and 5-HIAA and 5-HT/5-HIAA immediately after acute endurance exercise, and inquired into the influence of Chinese herb on 5-HT and its products of metabolisms in different brain region in rat. Results The compound of Chinese herb could reduce the content of 5-HT in some brain region in rat, and could bring into play the positive effect on postponing central fatigue after acute endurance exercise. Conclusion The complement of the Chinese herb compound had positive effect to the process of metabolisms and the ratio of renewal of the serotonin and the active of the nerve cell after acute endurance exercise. 〔
