摘要
刑事审判活动中 ,被告人的最后陈述阶段是一个很不引人注目的阶段。实践中 ,这一阶段的设置被虚化 ,一般流于形式 ,起不到应有的效果 ,本文针对这个问题 ,从技术层面给其设置了一个法律帮助环节 ,并对这一环节的具体内容进行了思考 ,提出了一些独到的见解和想法 。
During the criminal procedure, the final statement made by the defendant is not a noticeable stage. It makes no effect in practice. From the side of technology, the thesis designs a legal aid process for it and gives unique ideas to the concrete comtent.
