摘要
本文利用X射线衍射分析方法对徐州某煤矿的煤矸了进行实验,阐明煤矸石工业利用途径。实验表明:该煤矸石的矿物组分比较简单,主要有高岭石、石英;化学成分以SiO_2(57·26%)、Al_2O_3(20.22%)为主,经高温衍射实验,高岭石的分解温度为560—600℃;莫来石生成的温度为1000—1300℃。经X射线衍射定量,高岭石含量为40%左右,莫来石含量33%左右。
X-ray diffraction analysis techniques were used to examine experimentally waste clay from a certain coal mine in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, providing some information on the industrial application of waste clay. Experimental evidence indicates that the mineral composition is comparatively simple(mainly kaolinite, quartz) and the chemical composition is SiO_2 (59.26%) and Al_2O_3 (20.22%). High-temperature X-ray diffraction shows that the decomposition temperature of kaolinite is from 560℃ to 600℃ and that of formation of mullite is from 1000℃ to 1300℃. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that kaolinite accounts for about 40% and mullite, 33%.
