摘要
可持续发展已被赋予多重含义,它既是一种发展战略、发展模式,又是一种发展理论、发展观念。本文则认为,仅仅把可持续发展定位为发展观远未挖掘和展现其深刻内涵,实际上完全可以把它视作继原始文明、农业文明、工业文明之后的一种新型文明,从而也是一种新文明观。理论地把握可持续发展文明观,不仅能够促进可持续发展的实施,而且有助于我国社会的协调发展。
If sustainable development$ is only regarded as a perceptionof development, then the deep meaning within is not identified.Instead it should be regarded as the new perception of civilizationafter the primitive, agricultural and industrial civilizations. This newcivilization requires that the human beings must institute epochmaking changes in ways of survival, production, behavior, culture,development, values and ethnic perceptions.
