摘要
根据软件机械新理念,提出软件凸轮机械的新概念,软件凸轮的概念是用软件实现机械凸轮的功能和作用。叙述了机械凸轮的设计方法、工作过程,介绍软件凸论及其应用,对软件凸轮和机械凸轮进行对比,便于认识软件凸轮与机械凸轮在设计方法上的异同。从而可以更清楚了解软件凸轮具有:无机械加工误差、无磨损误差、曲线形状稳定和设计方便、参数修改灵活、速度响应快等优点。并用实例介绍了软件凸轮的实现过程。
Software convex cam, a new conception, implements the function of convex cam by using software according to the development of software machinery. This paper introduces the theory and application of software convex cam, analyzes the design means of the machinery convex cam, compares software convex cam with convex cam to find out the software convex cam has much advantages, such as error-free machining, error-free abrasion, stable curve shape and convenient design, flexible parameter modification, quick response. At last it introduces a practical software convex cam.
