摘要
介绍聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法的电泳原理、凝胶分离柱的组成及其制备方法。经过聚氨酯预聚体整理剂整理后的羊毛 ,其提取物蛋白质成分含量较少 ,从而起到了保护羊毛细胞间填充物的功能。
The principle of the discoid electrophoresis of polyacrylamide gel was explained.The composition and preparation method of gel separation column was introduced in detail.The result of electrophoresis test is that because the protein content of the abstract of the wool finished by polyurethane prepolymer is less than,the wool serve the function of protecting wadding of wool intercuticular.
