摘要
业务流程重组(BPR)是对现有的业务流程进行根本的再思考和重设计。通过建立全新的组织结构,以充分发挥信息系统的作用,促使经营管理水平得到改善。根据BPR的基本思想和ERP的基本原理,结合中小型企业信息化建设的具体情况,分析企业实施ERP与BPR之间的关系、策略,并给出较为成功的实例。
BPR ( Business Process Reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process and therefore basically redesigns the current working process of the corporation in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service, and make use of information system. Develops the definition, principles the path of BPR and ERP. The relationships of them also discussed on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of small medium-sized manufacturing enterprises with a example.
