摘要
分别用GC/MS分析仪和氨基酸自动分析仪分析了火龙果种仁的脂肪酸和氨基酸的组成成分。结果表明火龙果种仁的不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,为80.83%;火龙果种仁的必需氨基酸含量为24.38%。
The composition of fatty acid and amino acid in the seed kernel of white pitaya was analyzed by GC-MS technique and amino acid automatic analysis apparatus respectively。The content of unsaturated fatty acid was 80.83% and the content of necessary amino acid was 24.38%。
