摘要
用具有免疫调节作用的中药组成“免疫增益汤” ,在含有高母源抗体 (血凝抑制 (HI)价在 1∶2 0以上 )的雏鸡群中饮用 ,于 5日龄用新城疫 (ND)IV系疫苗点眼 ,然后分别于 13日龄、3 0日龄、5 0日龄测定血液中HI水平 ,并对其作用机理进行了探讨。结果显示 ,免疫增益汤能显著提高NDIV系疫苗接种雏鸡的特异性HI抗体水平 ,并延长其持续时间。其作用机理与免疫增益汤对雏鸡免疫器官发育具有显著促进作用 ,且能显著增强雏鸡外周血T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率和B淋巴细胞EAC花环率 ,并对雏鸡红细胞免疫粘附功能具有显著促进作用密切相关。
Chinese herbal medicine which can enhance the body's immunity are chosen to make up the prescription of immunity-promoting decoction,which was fed in chickens with high level of maternal antibodies(HItitre>1∶20).When chickens were 5 d old,ND IV-strain vaccine was administered by eye-drop.Then,their serum HI titres was defected when birds were 13 d and 30 d and 50 d old,mechanism of the drugs was studied simultaneously.The results indicated that this recipe not only can defense the disturbance from parental antibody,but also can increase specific HI titres of the chickens significantly,and prolong its duration.The main mechanism related:1,enhance the development of chicken's immune organs obviously;2,increase the positive rate of T-cell ANAE test clearly;3,raise the rossete formation rate of B-cell EAC assay significantly;4,improve the immune function of the RBC evidently.
