摘要
通过对长沙市出现“电荒”情况的介绍 ,指出了继续加强我国电力工业建设的必要性和途径 ,并进一步分析了我国能源资源所面临的形势及应采取的对策 ,同时 ,揭示了只有在经济发展、城市发展、消费模式方面坚持可持续发展的思想 。
based on the introduction of the state about 'the shortage of electricity',which has occurred in Chang Sha, teh author points out the way and necessity to continue to strength the construction of electric industries, and in turn analyses the situation which the energy and resource are confronted within China and the measures we should take, meanwhile, the writer also unfolds that the problems of the energy and resource's shortage will not be thoroughly resolved, unless the thoughts of sustainable development can be persisted in the following aspects such as the deveopment of economy and city, and the pattern ot consumption.
