摘要
对多非线性因素耦合型隔振抗冲系统的油阻尼减振机理进行试验时,有关的减振器结构和物理参数产生变化,通过在较宽频段上测试减振结构的输入绝对加速度和输出绝对加速度;对油阻尼力计算公式进行了推导,并根据试验所测得的数据计算出油阻尼力;采用极差分析法比较各结构和物理参数对油阻尼力的影响力大小,进而研究单参数变化对油阻尼力的影响规律。结果表明,油阻尼力的产生与减振器结构和物理参数相关,而且表现出较强的规律性。以上工作为进一步的理论与仿真研究提供实验基础。
The experimental study of oil-damping mechanism in multi-nonlinear coupling vibration insulation system is carried out in this paper.The input and output data of absolute acceleration of oil-damping structure in a wide frequency ranger are tested when the condition of related parameters changes.The formula derivation of oil-damping force is done,and the oil-damping force is computed.Using the method of range analysis,the different effects of structural and physical parameters on oil-damping force are studied.Furthermore,the rule of oil-damping force with influence of structural and physical parameters is also studied.The results of experimental study suggest that the oil-damping force is related to the structural and physical parameters of the absorber,and it shows a strong regularity.These works lay an experimental base for the future research.
