The new research in cytolethal distending toxin
摘要
细胞致死性肿胀毒素是由革兰阴性细菌产生的一种蛋白 ,它具有细胞毒性 ,能通过损伤DNA和激活细胞周期检查点将细胞周期阻断在G2 /M期 ,导致细胞肿胀、死亡。它的三种成分CdtA、CdtB和CdtC在毒化细胞中所起的作用不同 ,该文就其特点。
