摘要
目的 :对湖北道地药材厚朴及不同产地来源的厚朴的酚类成分进行聚酰胺色谱 (PC)的比较研究 ,以期解决厚朴专属性鉴别特征。方法 :应用聚酰胺色谱 (PC)建立厚朴的特征图谱。结果 :厚朴的PC具有相似性、特征性 ,且易于区别。结论 :该方法可作为鉴别厚朴 ,并评价其质量的方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To study polyamide chromatography (PC) for cortex Magnoliae officinalis substitute and false products that are popularly in market, to investigate the identification characteristics for cortex Magnoliae officinalis from different origin. METHODS The characteristic chromatogram for cortex Magnoliae officinalis was established using PC. RESULTS The chromatograms of certified products were highly similar and could be distinguished with substitute and false products. CONCLUSIONS The methed can be used for the identification and quality evaluation for cortex Magnoliae officinalis .
