摘要
目的 :为骨盆骨折骶髂关节分离行前路钢板固定时提供解剖学基础。方法 :2 0具尸体骨盆解剖观测骶骨翼大小及骶丛的位置。结果 :骶丛距骶骨翼边缘距离 (左右平均距离 )分别为 :上缘 :L4(19.1±1.5 )mm ,L5(2 4.5± 1.4)mm ,中点 :L4(17.2± 1.8)mm ,L5(2 0 .1± 1.4)mm ,下缘 :L4(13 .9± 2 .9)mm ,L5(15 .2± 1.6)mm。L4神经位于骶丛外缘。结论 :骶髂关节分离前路钢板固定时L4神经根易受损伤 ,安全放置钢板的位置是骶骨翼中上部 ,距骶骨翼边缘 2 0mm内。
Objective: To study the position of plate internal fixation in sacroiliac joint rupture through anterior approach. Methods: The study was performed in 20 specimens of Chinese cadaveric pelvic specimens .We observed the size of the ala of sacrum and the location of sacral plexus. Results: The distance from sacral plexus to sacroiliac joint on the superior border of sacrum ala were L_4 (19.1±1.5 )mm and L_5(24.5±1.4)mm, L_4 (17.2±1.8)mm and L_5 (20.1±1.4)mm in the middle of sacrum ala, L_4 (13.9±2.9)mm and L_5 (15.2±1.6)mm on the inferior border . L_4 nerve located on the lateral border of sacral plexus. Conclusions: The L_4 nerve is easy to be injured when sacroiliac joint is fixed by steel plate. The safe position of placing plate is on the middle or superior of sacrum ala about 20 mm from lateraborder
