摘要 研究了粒状苦味酸钾的合成方法和工艺条件,此工艺已扩大到几百克量级,可满足于火工药剂的批量生产。测试和评估了其性能,结果表明,苦味酸分解温度为358.85℃,热安定性好,火焰感度很高,静电感度很低,燃烧稳定,与相关材料的相容性符合要求。 This paper has studied the technological process for preparation of grain potassium picrate (PK), which can meet the requirements of production in batches. In this study, the technological conditions for preparation of grain PK, i.e. the rescrystallization of PK, the reaction of picric acid with potassium hydroxide, the granulation of PK etc. were optimized. A number of properties of grain PK, including thermal stability, sensitivities for heat, impact, flame, friction and electrostatic spark, compatibility, heat of combustion, and detonation volume etc. were measured and evaluated. At present, the preparation has been scaled-up to several hundred grams. The product has already been applied to many ignition devices in the military industry.
