摘要
本文报告医源性胆管损伤 1 6例 ,对其发生原因及诊断进行了讨论 ,发生损伤手术处理时 ,修补必须加T管引流 ;胆管端端吻合易发生术后胆管狭窄 ;胆肠Roux
This paper had reported 16 cases iatrogenic bile duct injury and discussed the happening reason and its diagnosis. When the injury occurred, repairing and “T” tube drainage should be performed and end to end anastomosis was easy to happen constrict after operation. Bile-intestine anastomosis Roux-Y might be a good method to treat such diseases.
