摘要
图书馆将非核心功能工作通过合约外包给社会机构来完成,从而达到降低成本、节约人力资源,提高工作效率,提升竞争优势的目的。业务外包在图书馆的应用主要集中在事务性工作和采编工作方面,随着信息时代的到来,图书馆服务功能的变化,业务外包在图书馆的应用将日益扩展,有着更大的发展空间。
Non-nuclear library jobs can be outsourced by contracts,thus attaining the goal of re- ducing cost,economizing on manpower resources,raising working efficiency and obtaining a competitive edge.The outsourcing of library jobs is mainly focused on daily routine and acquisition and cataloging. With the arrival of an information-oriented era,the function of library services is changing and the out- sourcing of non-nuclear library jobs is growing more rapidly than ever before.
