摘要
目的 :本文从实践出发 ,讨论了运用日本进口的型号为 KM- 880 0人工肝支持系统进行血浆置换术治疗儿童患者的一些问题和操作体会。儿童患者有着不少和成人患者接受治疗时的不同之处 ,因此手术前充分的准备和手术中的及时观察处置显得特别重要。
Objective This paper,based on the practice,discussed some problems and experiences in the plasma exchange operation of treating children with the KM 8800,an Artificial Liver Support System (ALSS) imported from Japan.There are many differences between the children and the adults when being treated with the ALSS.Therefore it seems particularly important to have a full preparation before the operation,and to have careful observation and prompt handling in the operation.
