摘要
某些天然维生素和合成维生素在生物活性方面存在较大差异 ,特别是维生素E和维生素A源——类胡萝卜素。本文着重讨论了天然和合成维生素E、β -胡萝卜素的区别及活性差异 。
There are some significant differences between some nature and synthetic vitamin,especially vitamin E and carotene the protype of vitamin A,the distinguish of activities between nature and synthetic vitamin E and β-carotene were discussed,and some suggestion on how to mark them were given ,too.
