文章就高速铁路必须高度重视轨道平顺性问题和保证行车安全所采取的主要技术措施进行了论述,并提出了建议和攻关研究的课题。
The paper discusses the issue of track regularity of high speed railway to which particular emphasis should be given,and the major technical measures to be taken to ensure train operation safety.It also puts forward some related proposals and lists some key research subjects.
