摘要
本文利用 C-D 函数计算出技术进步对铁路投入产出的作用,并对计算结果进行了分析,指出铁路应在抓好软技术进步的同时,强调资金投入,以加强硬技术进步。
The paper calculates the effects of technology progress on railway input and output with C-D fun- ction and analyzes the calculation results.It points out that the railway has to input more to strengthen the hard technology progress while keeping doing a good job for soft technology progress.
