摘要
为提高繁忙干线货运能力,研究在现有机车车辆装置条件下开行5000t级重载列车的可行性,本文介绍了对主要装用GK型货车制动机、13号车钩、2号缓冲器和中磷闸瓦的5000t级重载列车在环行线试验(包括列车制动系统静置试验、运行试验和牵引试验)的概况以及有关电算分析的结果。从而说明在64辆编组的试验列车在常用工况下,开行5000t列车是可行的。在低速缓解和低速紧急制动的非常用工况下,应该采取减轻列车纵向力的措施,以避免断钩的危险。对此,文中提出了有关的建议。
In order to enhance the freight traffic capacity on busy main lines, the feasibility of running 5000t heavy haul trains with existing general equipment has been studied. This paper gives the results and analysis of the loop test of 5000t heavy haul train equipped with GK brake valve, № 13 coupler, № 2 damper and general brake shoe. Static and running tests of the brake system, draft test and related computer analyses are involved. On the basis of the above investigation it has been found that with the 64 car composi- tion as of the test train and under ordinary working conditions the operotion of 5000t heavy haul trains on busy main lines is possible. But some measures must be adopted for unusual working conditions such as brake releasing and emergency braking at low speeds to reduce the longitudinal force to prevent the train from breaking into two. Consequently some proposals are offered here.
