摘要
本文在分析我国修建高速铁路特点的基础上,提出了我国高速铁路合理的运输组织模式。速度目标值是高速行车技术的核心指标,文章在分析确定目标值的主要因素之后,提出在高速线分段运营时期高速列车行车速度为250km/h、当高速线全线贯通后应提速至300km/h。文章还论述了我国高速铁路的基本技术方案和主要参数,阐述了开发我国高速铁路技术的实施原则。
Based upon the features involved in high speed rail construction in China, this paper presents a rational mode of traffic organization on high speed rail. Target speed value is a key index of high speed technology. Having analyzed the main factors controlling the target speed value, the paper suggests a train speed of 250 km/h during the period when the high speed line is being opened to traffic by sections, and a train speed of 300 km/h when the whole line is put into operation. The paper also discusses the primary technical plan and principal parameters of high speed rail of our country, and sets forth principles regarding the implementation of high speed technology development in China.
