摘要
通过在疲劳加载条件下对小试样的扫描电镜观察,获得了一种理想的观测疲劳小裂纹的方法—显微疲劳法,描述了车轴钢材料疲劳小裂纹早期扩展的主要特征,讨论了其扩展机制和影响因素,最后提出了弹塑性疲劳裂纹的启裂模型。
A desirable method, Micro-fatigue-method, for observing small fatigue crack was obtained through mini-specimen test on SEM fatigue test system. The main characteristics accompanying the early development of smalll fatigue crack were described by using the above method. The paper also discusses the growth mechanism of small crack and the influencing factors. Finally, the paper puts forward a secondary initiating model for elastic-plastic fatigue crack.
