黏附分子E-cad在乳腺浸润性癌组织表达与预后的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究E -cad对浸润性乳腺癌侵袭、转移、预后的作用。方法 采用免疫组化S -P法检测 10 3例乳腺癌标本 ,结合临床和病理资料分析其作用。结果 E -cad总表达率为 35 .0 % (36 / 10 3) ,主要定位于细胞浆 ,其阳性表达率在不同组织学类型之间无显著性差异 ,与患者年龄大小、随访结果无关 (p >0 .0 5 ) ,E -cad的表达与组织学分级、肿瘤组织浸润程度、肿瘤大小、腋淋巴结转移有关 (p <0 .0 5 )。 结论 E -cad表达降低与患者预后之间有显著关系 ,E -cad可作为一个与乳腺癌预后密切相关的预后指标。 Objective To study the effect of E-cad on invasive breast cancer in metastasis and prognosis. Methods By means of S-P test, 103 breast cancer specimens in paraffin sections were examined for the expression of E-cad .Results the expression rates in breast cancer were 35.0%(36/103). Expression of E-cad in cancer cells were correlated to their invasiveness , tumor size, higher axillary lymph node involvement and poorer prognosis(P<0.05), and so on. But there were not related to those pathologic typing, patient's age. Conclusion E-cad play a pivotal role in the invasion and breast cancer metastasis. It shows that the decline of expression of E-cad induces breast cancer metastasis and influences the prognosis of patients.
