摘要
目的 :研究孕鼠染锰后对其仔鼠脑、肝琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)活性的影响。方法 :对妊娠大鼠随机分为A、B、C三组 ,腹腔注射氯化锰共 8次 ,隔日 1次 ,注射剂量分别为 0、0 0 38mol/ g、0 0 78mol/ g,待其自然分娩后 ,分别取新生鼠肝、脑组织进行匀浆 ,用 72 3分光光度计检测匀浆SDH活性。结果 :新生鼠脑、肝组织SDH活性 ,B、C组都明显低于A组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 )。 1 1日龄仔鼠脑、肝组织SDH活性 ,C组明显低于A组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,B组虽低于A组 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 0 5)。结论 :孕期锰染毒能抑制仔鼠脑、肝SDH活性 ,导致细胞能量代谢异常 ,引起细胞功能受损 ,从而对其子代的生长发育产生不利影响。
Objective:To study the effect on the activity of SDH in the brain and liver of lilial rats after the pregnant rat exposed to manganses.Methods:Pregnant rats were randomly divided into three groups,A,B and group C,group A used as control,B and group C received intraperitoneal injections of manganese chloride 0.038 mol/g、 0.078 mol/g respectively for 8 times every two days.After normal delivery,the brains and livers of filial rats are made into homogenate,the activity of SDH in the brains and livers of filial rats were determined with 723-spectrophotomcter.Results:As compared with group A,the activity of SDH in the brains and livers of new-born rats of group B (P<0.05) and group C(P<0.01) is significantly decreased.The activity of SDH in the brains and livers of 11-old-days of group C was lower significantly than group A (P<0.01).No significant difference was found between B and group A.Conclusions:The activity of SDH in the brains and livers of filial rats can be inhibited after the pregnant rats exposed to manganese,causing cell energy metabolism abnormality and cell dysfunction.It is harmful to filial rats growth development.
