摘要
药物无论在预防、治疗或诊断疾病中都起着重要的作用[1] 。护士是给药的执行者 ,在开展整体护理和新的《医疗事故处理条例》出台的今天 ,对护士的给药工作提出了新的要求。在给药的过程中 ,护士应在不同的阶段 ,确定不同的目标 ,执行不同的任务 ,扮演执行者、指导者、监督者、观察者等多种角色。因此 ,护士必须掌握与病人沟通的技巧和药理学知识 。
Medicine plays on important roles in prevention,treatment and diagnosis of diseases at all events.Nurse are the performer for contributing the medicine.During the developmenet of the holistic nursing and the new 《the regulation of medical treatment the trouble handling》 today,It demands the nurse more.According to different period,target, task,the nurse must act as a executor,director,supervisor,observer and so on.When they contribute the medicine .Therefore nurse have to master how to communicate with the patients and know more medicine knowledge to attain the just right.
