摘要
目的 :探讨经鼻 -蝶窦垂体瘤切除术患者围手术期的护理。方法 :对本组 2 0例病人进行全面的术前、术后护理。特别是针对术后较易出现的并发症采取相应的护理措施。结果 :本组 2 0例病人中 2例出现尿崩症 ,1例出现切口感染并高热 ,经采取相应的治疗及护理措施缓解 ,其余均未发生明显并发症。结论 :针对术后易出现的并发症及早采取相应的治疗及护理措施是提高手术成功率。
Objective To study the nursing during peri-and intra-operation in endonasal transsphenoidal approach in surgical treatment of pituitary adenomas.Method 20 cases of pituitary adenomas in our department were applied to completely peri-and intra-operative nursing. Especially for the postoperative complications of the easy emergence,we adopted the corresponding nursing measure.Results There were 2 cases with diabetes insepidus,1case with an incision infection and high fever to get alleviate through adopting the corresponding treatment and nursing measure.the obvious other complications did not take place in the rest all.Conclusion Early adopting the corresponding treatment and nursing measures, aim at the postoperative complications of the easy emergence, is the key of increasing the curing rate and promoting the recover from illness.
