摘要
目的 :总结 18例合并二尖瓣关闭不全的儿童先心病病历 ,探讨围手术期护理经验。方法 :自1997年 9月至 2 0 0 2年 4月期间 ,共为 18例合并二尖瓣关闭不全的先心病儿童施行手术 ,对其术前、术后的呼吸、循环及泌尿等系统的护理治疗进行总结。结果 :无手术及术后死亡 ,无残留术后并发症及再手术 ,均痊愈出院 ;术后随访 2个月～ 4年 ,效果良好。结论 :儿童二尖瓣关闭不全围手术期护理方面不同于成人 ,通过对其精心的术前、术后护理治疗 ,有利于减少和控制并发症 ,提高手术成功率。
Objective we summarized eighteen cases of congenital heart disease of children combined with mitral insufficiency,and discussed experience of perioperational care.Method from September 1997 to April 2002,we carried out operation on eighteen cases of congenital heart disease of children combined with mitral insufficiency,summarized perioperational care of respiration,circulation,urological system.Results there were no death in the operation and postoperation,no complication of postoperation and reoperation,and all patients discharged healthily.Tracing of postoperational variatons from two months to four years,there were good results.Conclusion The perioperational care of mitral insufficiency of children is distinguished with that of adult.Intensive perioperational care is good to reduction and control of complication,and it can improve successful rate of operation.
