摘要
目的 :探讨重症中间综合征患者机械通气的护理。方法 :对 1996年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月我院收治的 38例有机磷农药中毒重症中间综合征患者机械通气的护理进行记录并分析。结果 :治愈 32例 ,治愈率 84 %。机械通气时间 1～ 15d ,平均 4d ,住院天数 7～ 2 5d ,平均 12d。结论 :加强对重症中间综合征患者机械通气过程的全面护理可显著提高治愈率 ,缩短上机时间 ,减少并发症 ,促进患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing of mechanical ventilation for the patients with severe intermediate syndrome of organphosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method Daily observing records of nursing records for 38 cases with severe intermediate syndrome of organphosphorus pesticide posoning's mechanical ventilation from Sep.1996 to May 2002 in hospital were conducted and analyzed.Results 32 cases were cured,the curative rate was 84%. The days for using respirator was 1～15 days,averaged 4 days.The days for hospitalization was 7～25 day,averaged 12 days.Conclusion General nursing of mechanical ventilation for the patients of severe intermediate syndrome of organphosphorus pesticide poisoning can greatly increase the rate of care,reduce days of using respirator,decrease complications,and promote recovery in advance.
