控制口腔科交叉感染中手机消毒的探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :为了控制口腔科门诊由手机引起的交叉感染对手机消毒进行分析。方法 :随机抽取 6 0个样本 ,分成 2组 ,分别采用三次预真空高压蒸汽灭菌和常规消毒液冲洗消毒的方法对手机进行消毒 ,一年内观察消毒后细菌阳性率 ,且观察手机轴承损耗情况。结果 :三次预真空消毒细菌培养均为阴性 ,而对照组常规消毒液冲洗消毒方法阳性率为 5 3% ,P <0 0 1。二者之间有明显差异 ,且三次预真空消毒手机轴承损坏为 0 ,而对照组手机轴承损伤 3个。结论 :三次预真空消毒方法严格地控制了由口腔门诊操作引起的交叉感染 ,且对轴承损伤性极小。 Objective To analyze handpieces disinfection to control crossed infection caused by the handpieces of the oral clinical patients.Method To take 60 random samples and divide them into 2 groups-disinfecting handpieces with the methods of high pressure kill-bacteria of three-time prevacuum and general disinfection fluidopponent swill disinfection respectively,and to observe bacteria positive rate and the wastages of handpieces axletrees in a year.Results The group of bacteria cultivates of high pressure kill-bacteria of the three-time prevacuum are negative,and positive rate of the group of the general disinfection fluidopponent swill disinfection is 53%(P>0.01).there was a obvious difference between the two methods, and there was no axletree damage by three times prevacuum high pressure kill-bacteria,but there were 3 by general disinfection fluidopponent swill disinfection.Conclusion The method of high pressure kill-bacteria of the three times prevacuum has controlled the intercross infection caused by the stomatology out-patient service operation strictly,and there were the minimal damage in controlling group.
