摘要
在锅炉压力容器的检验中,无损探伤是检验焊接质量的最主要形式,如何正确认识和实行无损探伤对产品质量的控制具有重要意义。为此,对焊缝无损探伤抽查法作了较为详细的说明和分析,特别是从焊接工艺、施焊条件分析方面对抽查部位、抽查比例进行探讨,对检查人员和质量管理人员来说都具有参考价值。
Non-destructive test (NDT) is the most-often-used method in the weld inspection for boilers and pressure vessels; how to properly realize and implement NDT is of great importance to quality control of products. This paper expatiates on the sampling test method of NDT on welds, discussing the sampling positions and ratio through welding procedures and welding condition analysis, which is of referential value to testers and QC personnel.
