摘要
梅县电厂燃用本地无烟煤,这种无烟煤挥发分很低,投产运行后一段时间内,锅炉燃烧不稳定,经常出现灭火现象或正压燃烧,主蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度达不到要求,严重影响了机组的安全运行和经济效益,为此,分析造成这种情况的主要原因并提出针对性比较强的解决办法,取得了较好的实际效果,这种经验和成果值得借鉴和推广。
The combustion of indigenous low-volatile-matter anthracite led to unstable combustion in the boiler of Meixian Power Plant, resulting in frequent fire extinguishing or positive pressure combustion as well as low main steam and reheat steam temperature, which seriously impacted the safety and economic benefits of the unit. Based on analyses of the problem, countermeasures are presented and satisfactory results obtained.
