摘要
燃油锅炉改烧水煤浆,需增加独立的供浆系统,但是,对于被改造的燃油锅炉,炉前场地空间有限,很难同时布置下供浆泵、搅拌桶、加热器及过滤器等设备,为此,提出了水煤浆锅炉供浆系统的改进方案,但该方案必须考虑水煤浆在输送过程中的阻力损失以及供浆泵出口压力变化后的延迟时间,这样,对水煤浆在管道输送中的压力延迟时间和阻力损失进行了试验研究,试验结果表明供浆系统的改进方案是完全可行的。
The conversion of oil-fired boilers into coal water slurry (CWS) fired boilers necessitates an independent slurry feed system; however, the limited room in front of the furnace makes it difficult to hold slurry feed pump, agitator, heater and filter, etc. simultaneously. A resultant improvement design for the slurry feed system is put forward, and the test on pressure delaying time and pressure loss of CWS transport is carried out. The results show that the improvement design is feasible.
