基于本体论的语义信息模型为网上信息的表示、交换和处理提供了一个较为合理的标准。
The ontology-based semantic information model is a rational standard for the representation, exchange and processing of information on the Internet. This paper mainly elaborates the ontology-based model-building method and the semantic representation of ontology in XML.
