摘要
知识管理中显性知识与隐性知识是一对基本概念 ,但是人们对于显性知识和隐性知识定义和范围界定却没有形成一致的看法。本文分析了几种典型的定义 ,探讨了可能的定义 ,并结合 4种基本的知识转换过程 。
Tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge is a couple of basic concepts of knowledge management.However,up to now there is not a unanimous view on the definition and the scope of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge.In this paper,the author analyzes some typical definitions,explores some possible definitions,and makes a positive analysis of partial definitions in combination with 4 basic processes of knowledge conversion.
