摘要
本文报告了新型的液体铝酸酯偶联剂的性质与应用研究。研究结果表明:该液体铝酸酯偶联剂兵有较高的热稳定性,能显著降低无机组份与有机组份混合体系的粘度,改善无机组份在有机介质中的分散性,在保证制品加工性能和物理机械性能的前提下,能大幅度增加填料用量,降低生产成本,同时,用其改性的轻质碳酸钙吸油值较低,白度基本不变,特别适用于对白度要求较高的塑料制品。
The studies on the properties and application of a new liquid aluminatecoupling agent have been reported.The results show that the liquid alumina-te coupling agent is considerably thermally stable,and can remarkably reducethe viscosity of inorganic/organic composite system and improve the dispersionof inorganic substances in the organic medium.Basing on assuring of the pro-cessibility and physical and mechanical properties of the product,the couplingagent is greatly of benefit to increase filler dose and hence reducing the pro-duction cost.In the meantime,the active calcium carbonate modified by thisaluminate coupling agent has lower oil absorption value,quite agreeable de-gree of whiteness and can be satisfactorily used in plastic products requiringhigh degree of whiteness.
