摘要
介绍了美国通用公司15″电容器元件卷制机控制系统的组成和要求。提出用三菱公司的FX2N型PLC实现对整机的全过程控制。根据电容器元件的绕制工艺,编制了控制软件。设备运行表明;改造后的技术方案满足设计要求,符合电容器元件绕制工艺。
This paper reports the requirements of the control system of the machine made by GE Corp. in U.S.A. for winding capacitor unit. We use PLC type of FX2N made by MITSIBISHI Corp, to realize processing control of the machine. According to the technology of winding capacitor unit, we edit the software for control system of PLC and computer. The machine operates normally, showing the hardware and software meet technology requirements of winding capacitor unit.
