摘要
本文研究了 PC/弹性体体系的性能、结构及应用。结果表明:在适宜的弹性体含量下,PC/弹性体体系的冲击强度比纯 PC 提高一倍以上,同时具有优异的综合性能,SEM 及 TEM 观察揭示出 PC/弹性体体系未达到分子级混合,存在着微观相分离,分散相弹性体的尺寸、存在形式取决于其含量,分散相主要以颗粒聚集体的形式存在,当分散相自身尺寸与其相互间距离相近(约0.5~1.5μ)时,PC/弹性体体系具有最佳的冲击韧性。本文还讨论了 PC、弹性体体系的增韧类型及增韧实质。
In this paper,the properties,morphology and application of PC/elastomerblends are studied.The experiment results show that with suitable content ofelastomer,the impact strength of PC/elastomer blends increases two times co-mpared with that of pure PC while the PC/elastomer blends exhibit excellentversatile properties.The observations with SEM and TEM reveal that micropha-se separation exists in PC/elastomer blends.The size and the shape of elasto-met depend on its content.The elastomer exists mainly in the form of grannu-lar aggregate.When the size of elastomer approximately equals to the distancebetween these grannular aggregate,(about 0.5—1.5μ),the PC/elastomerblends show the best impact strength.The type and nature of toughening arealso disccussed.
