摘要
通过对退回电池的解剖,以及对失效电池正极活性物质的XRD、SEM测试,并结合对电池实际使用环境分析,认为电池失效原因是正极板早期容量损失造成的,同时给出了解决方法及措施。
Based on the feedback information from tear-down analysis of returned batteries and by testing of positive material in the failed batteries,and combined with investigation into the environment where the batteries were used,it is concluded that the battery failure is mainly resulted from PCL of positive plates and the solutions to this problem have been proposed.
