铅酸蓄电池板栅的计算机模拟优化设计 被引量:6

The optimization of grid design of lead-acid battery by computer simulation

摘要 利用电子电路软件EWB对板栅的不同设计方案进行模拟实验,分析板栅电阻分布,从而优化设计板栅。重点研究了矩形式、辐射式板栅。实验结果表明:板栅电流主要沿竖筋流动汇集到板耳,采用辐射式板栅以及按不同粗细将竖筋分段设计的板栅将会显著降低电阻。 According to the simulation results of the different grids by using EWB software,we analyze the grid resistance distribution in order to design the grid optimally.The investigation is focused on the rectangle and radiate grids.The simulation results indicate the current mainly collects to the lug through the vertical ribs,and the resistance of two kinds of designed grid decreases notably,one is the radiate grid,the other is the grid of dividing the vertical ribs into three segments according to their cross section.
