摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备得到了一种新型无机抗菌剂 -抗菌白炭黑 ,并分别对含Ag+ 、Cu2 + 和Zn2 + 等金属离子的三种抗菌白炭黑的制备条件及抗菌效果进行了研究。实验结果显示 ,制备的最佳条件是金属离子浓度为 0 0 5mol/L ,反应时间为 1～ 1 5h ,反应温度为 90℃ ;该类抗菌白炭黑的抗菌性能良好 ,抗菌效果是银型 >铜型 >锌型。
This paper introduces a new kind of inorganic agent——the antibacterial white carbon black produced by the method of sol-gel. the reaction conditions and the antibacterial effect of three kinds antibacterial White Carbon Black are discussed. The experiment results suggest that suitable reaction condition is antibacterial ion(Ag +, Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ ) concentration,0.05mol/L, temperature, 90 ℃, time, 1～1.5h;antibacterial effect is perfect and the antibacterial result is the type of silver>copper type>zinc type.
