摘要
本文叙述了超浓白色母料的组成,探讨了它在 HDPE 微膜中的分散过程及原理。采用扫描电镜、电子探针显微分析仪等仪器,研究超浓白色母料在 HDPE 的分散性能和应用性能。结果表明,其分散性佳,着色力高,卫生性好,适用于 HDPE微膜的着色。
This paper reports the composition,dispersion process and principle of whi-te superconcentrate in HDPE microfilm.The dispersity and applicability ofwhite superconcentrate in HDPE are studied by means of scanning electronmicroscope(SEM)and electron probe microanalysis(EPM)methods,etc.Theexperimental results show that the white superconcentrate possesses good dispe-rsity,colourability and hygienical property,and is suitable for the colourati-on of HDPE microfilm.
