摘要
烟草育苗膜是根据烟草秧苗栽培时所需特殊条件研制的专用农膜。它针对烟草育苗期间低温易出现冻害的特点,在提高薄膜保温性能方面做了研究和探讨。依据光学机理和高分子聚合物的特性,采用加入适量红外线屏蔽剂和防雾滴剂的方法,使其可见光(波长0.25～3.0μm)透过率高,红外线(波长7～25μm)反射率高,达到提高棚温0～2℃的效果。
Tobacco nursery film is a special film,which is studied in accordancewith the special conditions for tobacco seedling growing.Being aimed at thefeatures of low-temperature and easy freeze injury during the tobacco seedl-ing stage,how to raise the temperature retention characteristic of the filmwas studied and probed.According to the optical mechanism and the properti-es of polymer,by addition of proper amount of infrared ray shielding agentand fogging tproof agent,the transmissivity of visible light(wavelength 0.25-3.0μm)and the reflectivity of infrared ray(wavelength 7—25μm) may beincreased.The effect of raising green house temperature about 2℃ was achie-ved.
