摘要
固井质量对油气水井的正常生产及其寿命影响巨大。随着油田勘探开发的深入 ,各种超深井、水平井、厚套管井、超低密度水泥等工艺的应用 ,给固井质量评价技术提出了新的要求。着重介绍辽河测井公司固井质量评价仪器的现状、刻度标定方法及处理与评价方法 ,并给出了具体应用实例及我们的认识。
Cement job quality has very important effect on normal production and life of oil-water wells. With the exploration and exploitation of oilfield deepening, application of the techniques for all kinds of super deep wells, horizontal wells, thick casing wells and ultra low density cement, etc., has put forward a new demand for the cement job quality evaluation technology. This paper introduces the existing situation of the cement job quality evaluation tools, the method of scale calibration as well as the processing and evaluation techniques of Liaohe wireline services. At the same time, the specific application examples are given and our understandings about the cementing quality are proposed.
