摘要
本文是关于挤出吹塑薄膜冷却过程的热传递分析。根据建立的简单数学模型,推导出比较容易求解的方程,并以 LDPE 为实例,用计算机求解,求得膜管上某点温度与该点到口模距离之间的关系,为生产控制和理论分析提供依据。
The heat transfer of the bubble in cooling process in film inflation wasanalysed in this paper.An easily solved equation was derived basing on asimple mathematical model.Taking LDPE as an example,author got the solu-tion of the equation by means of the computer.The relationship between thetemperature of a point on the bubble and the distance of the point to the diewas obtained.Some guidance was provided for production control and theore-tical analysis.
