摘要
目的为解决自配安乃近滴鼻液在短期内易氧化变色的现象,对原处方及配制方法加以改进。方法:将原处方中的枸橼酸钠改用为葡萄糖和依地酸二钠,调节适当的 pH 值,并选用新鲜注射用水配制。结果:稳定性提高且不影响含量测定和疗效,解决了易氧化变色的问题。结论:经改进后的处方合理,产品质量安全可靠。
Objective: In order to solve the problem that analgin nasal drops is easy to oxidize and change colour in a short time, the original prescription and preparing method should be improved. Methods: Change sodium citrate in the original prescription into glucose and disodium edetate, regulate suitable pH data and choose fresh distilled water as injection compound. Resulds: Raise the stable character but do not affect assay and curative effect and the problem of easy oxidizing and colour changing is solved. Conclusions: The improved prescription is more convenient for use and the product quality is safe and reliable.
