摘要
在香菇液体培养过程中,用葡萄糖作为诱导物,要比蔗糖、淀粉和羧甲基纤维素为好。可以使香菇发酵液中的各种酶的综合活力达到最高。同时,发酵液中的粗多糖达到0.358g/100ml,产生的生物量达到0.738g/100ml。
Using glucose as a inducer is better than sugar, starch and CMC in the liquid culture of Lentinus edodes. The synthetical activity of enzymes is the highest in the fermative liquid of Lentinus edodes. Meanwhile, the quantity of the crude polysaccharide reaches 0.358g/L, and biomass of Lentinus edodes reaches 0.738g/100ml.
